This coin knife has seen a great amount of exterior wear. Presumably from being kept with loose pocket change, where it fits in well. The coin is nearly indistinguishable on quick glance with larger pocket change, such as half dollar, dollar and two dollar coins.
The steel blade is still razor sharp and the file has seen little use. It's a great item to carry with you for opening boxes, snacks, cutting loose threads, or as a general utility piece. It's previous owner Robert L. Starkey was a renowned Microbiologist back in his day. The piece was acquired during one of his many world travels. If you like secrecy or just general hidden awesomeness, this unique piece will definitely turn heads, you know if you take the time to show them the secret.
Gorgeous EDC piece, inconspicuous strong steel and nail file.
